This NWM Property App Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) governs your use of the software application NWM Property App (“Application”). This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) in the Application or any of its related products or services, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that Personal Information. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”’, or “your”) and Breezeway Logic LLC (“Breezeway”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you are entering into this Policy on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this policy. In which case the terms “User”, “you”’, or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must not accept this Policy and may not access and use the Application. By accessing and using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.
The Application is owned by Breezeway Logic LLC and has been designed at the request of North West Monitoring LLC (“NWM”), to be used internally by the employees and consultants of NWM (“NWM Representatives”) for the purposes of preforming NWM’s regular business operations. The Application allows NWM Representatives to view the property inspection requests they have been assigned, accept or decline each request, upload property site inspection pictures, and update some information related to the inspection, and add comments. Only NWM’s management has the authority to register new users for the Application, with users being employees, consultants, or affiliated parties of NWM.
The Information Breezeway Requests:
Upon new user registration, Breezeway collects and stores the following types of information:
• Name
• E-mail address
• Telephone Number
• Address
Usage and Disclosure of Information:
Breezeway requires the above information to provide a secure user login, as well as to allow for sending SMS and/or E-mail updates related to the user’s assignments, and to determine the proximity of an Privacy Policy inspection property to the address specified by the user. We may also use this information to customize the user’s experience when using the Application, such as when displaying a customized greeting message. We may also use or disclose information to resolve dispute or investigate problems. We may disclose or access information whenever we believe in good faith that the law so requires or if we otherwise consider it necessary to do so to maintain service and improve our products and services. We may use your information to help diagnose problems with our server, to manage our Application, and to enhance our Application based on the usage pattern data we receive.
Changes and Amendments:
Our usage of your Personal Information may change over time, and if or when such changes occur, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly. When we do, we will also update the Effective Date at the bottom of this Policy. Retention of Information: We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access. The right to erase, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

We update and test our technology on a regular basis in order to improve the protection of customer information; however, no data transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet that are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and the Application cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) any such information and data nay be viewed or tampered with, despite best efforts.
Data Breach:
In the event we become aware that the security of the Application has been compromised or users’ Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated 3rd parties as a result of external activity, such as security attach or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including but not Privacy Policy limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the users as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. When we do, we will post a notice in the Application.
Cookies policy:
The Application uses essential cookies to assist in day-to-day operations and running safety features. These cookies are technically necessary to provide mobile app functionality as they act to store preferences, validate the user’s session, and recognize a past user so that they do not have to enter their login and password every time. As such, these cookies cannot be disabled by users.
Advertisements:
The Application does not show advertisements to users.
Privacy of children: We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Application. If you have reasons to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through the Application, please contact us to request that we delete that child’s Personal Information.
