After that we finalize the design and work to deliver your custom solution for a commitment-free month-long test drive, during which you can cancel with us at any time. After you are satisfied with your custom system, we handle your onboarding by migrating your data, providing employee training and included extra support hours to smooth out the transition.
  • How do you support your clients?
    After your custom implementation has been deployed, we will continue servicing and fully supporting you and your team. Our aim is to function as your in-house development team in all but the cost to you and our process is designed to make your life easier. We understand switching your software providers is a big change and are prepared to work hard to earn your trust. Our support personnel is always prepared to handle your requests. Throughout the first months of our partnership, we allocate extra hours to do all we can to facilitate your transition. As you get comfortable using your new software, apart from support and maintenance already mentioned, we also offer weekly or monthly check-ins where we discuss adding new features and/or adding tweaks or enhancement to existing ones. Our goal is to ensure your bisiness is supported now and into the future.
